Student Spectra

StudentSpectra provide support and information around mental well-being, relationships, and sexual health to young people aged 13 and over.

All services are free, voluntary, and confidential.

We work across London, but some services are limited by borough.

Please get in touch to find out about the services we offer near you:

We provide up-to-date, accurate, non-biased information on sexual health, relationships and well-being.

We can answer one-off questions, or deliver workshops to groups of young people.

We also have our own blog series where we share information and advice on key topics.

Through our work we provide young people with the information they need to make informed decisions for themselves.

We also provide training and support for school staff, parents, and professionals working with young people.

We offer an inclusive, non-judgemental, welcoming service.

We do not tolerate any form of discrimination and we work to challenge expressions of prejudice including: racism, homophobia, and transphobia.

We offer peer-led LGBTQ+ services including 1:1 counselling support, and we support at events including: Pride in London and Black Pride.

Our staff team is made up of diverse individuals, many of whom have lived experience of the issues they support young people in facing.

Our job is to listen to young people, hear what is expressed, and offer support where it is needed.

Young person's voice is at the heart of what we do.

We are led by the needs of the young people we support and we deliver our services with a young person centred approach.

We believe each individual is the authority on their sexual and gender identity.

We honour your chosen name and pronouns.

We understand that your identity is unique and doesn't have to fit an identified category or label.
